Quality: We carefully inspect all of our flowers and will not use any that do not meet our high standards. In the rare event that we receive flowers that do not meet our standards, we may substitute with flowers of equal or greater value and similar style and color.
Design: Our expert designers may make minor adjustments to the arrangement to ensure the best possible presentation. These adjustments may include slight variations in color or flower selection.
We will make every effort to notify you of any substitutions before delivery. If you have specific instructions regarding substitutions, please let us know when placing your order.
We guarantee that the value and style of the arrangement will be maintained, even if substitutions are necessary. If you are not satisfied with the substitutions made, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to make it right.
